Terms of Service

1. Service. TasteMind provides digital menu hosting and guest recommendation features for venues (“the Service”).
2. Free service. The Service is currently provided free of charge, “as is”, without uptime guarantees. Free access is not guaranteed to continue indefinitely; we may introduce paid plans or change pricing in the future, with reasonable notice beforehand.
3. Content. Venues are responsible for the accuracy of menu content, prices, allergen declarations and the legality of alcohol marketing in their jurisdiction.
4. Accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your organization’s accounts.
5. Termination. You may delete your organization at any time; we may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
